4cupMixed Berries, ie. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.cut the strawberries in half

For the Crumble Topping
1 1/2cupFlour/Gluten-Free flour
1cupLight Brown Sugar
6tbspSalted Butter
1/2tspCinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350℉.
Lightly grease an 11 x 7 inch pan and set it aside.
In a large bowl combine the fruit, 2 tbsp of the brown sugar, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1/2 t of the vanilla extract. Stir to combine then pour into the greased baking dish.
In a medium size bowl combining the flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, and the cinnamon Add the butter and mix with a fork or your fingers until it's well blended and crumbly.
Top the berries with the crumble and bake for 30 minutes or until it's nice and bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
