Mixed Berry Crumble

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Mixed Berries, ie. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. cut the strawberries in half
  • 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

For the Crumble Topping

  • 1 1/2 cup Flour/Gluten-Free flour
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350℉.
  • Lightly grease an 11 x 7 inch pan and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the fruit, 2 tbsp of the brown sugar, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1/2 t of the vanilla extract. Stir to combine then pour into the greased baking dish.
  • In a medium size bowl combining the flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, and the cinnamon Add the butter and mix with a fork or your fingers until it's well blended and crumbly.
  • Top the berries with the crumble and bake for 30 minutes or until it's nice and bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
  • Let it cool at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
