Small pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
if you want it spicy
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325F°. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly spray.
In a medium bowl add all the nuts and pumpkin seeds, stir to combine.
Add the maple syrup, curry powder, rosemary, salt. Mix well.
Spread the nuts evenly on the baking sheet and roast 15-20 minutes stirring once until they are lightly toasted and you can smell the spices.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
If you like some heat add a very small pinch of cayenne pepper.
