Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Raw Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1/3 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/3 Cup Shelled Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 Tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • Small pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) if you want it spicy

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325F°. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly spray.
  • In a medium bowl add all the nuts and pumpkin seeds, stir to combine.
  • Add the maple syrup, curry powder, rosemary, salt. Mix well.
  • Spread the nuts evenly on the baking sheet and roast 15-20 minutes stirring once until they are lightly toasted and you can smell the spices.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

If you like some heat add a very small pinch of cayenne pepper.
