1/2cupBrown Sugar, Darklight brown sugar can be used
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspGarlic Powder
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets, then lay them onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and the spices. Once combined gently place the spices onto the tops of each salmon fillet, making sure the tops are fully covered.
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until fork tender. For medium salmon cook to 125°F, for well done cook to 145°F.
Once cooked removed from the baking sheet and serve.
Notes
Wild caught salmon fillets will only require a few minutes to cook as they are usually thinner than farm raised fillets.
