Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic Clove, medium
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/14 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise to a small bowl.
  • Grate or very finely mince in the garlic.
  • Add a pinch of salt and the black pepper.
  • Mix until smooth and refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Notes

The dip can be eaten right away but letting it sit for a few minutes to a couple hours lets the garlic mellow out a bit.
