Instructions
Add the mayonnaise to a small bowl.
Grate or very finely mince in the garlic.
Add a pinch of salt and the black pepper.
Mix until smooth and refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Notes
The dip can be eaten right away but letting it sit for a few minutes to a couple hours lets the garlic mellow out a bit.
