1cupBrown Sugar
3/4cupGranulated Sugar

2Large, Eggs
2cupsSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375°f
In a small bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
In a mixer bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in the eggs until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until puffed.
Cool for 2 minutes then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt if desired.
Notes
Can be made using regular flour.To freeze: scoop dough into individual cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for an hour or more, remove and store in a freezer bag until ready to use.To bake from frozen: No need to thaw just lay cookies on cookie sheet and bake as usual. They may need an additional 1-2 minute bake time.
