Deli Roast Beef Sliced (approx. 4 slices)
Break into pieces

Cheddar Cheese

Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Use more or less depending on your preferred spice level.
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 400℉.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Soften the butter and add the fresh minced parsley and the minced garlic clove. Mix and set aside.
Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom buns onto the prepared baking sheet.
Top the bottom slider buns with pieces of the sliced roast beef (break the roast beef into pieces, don't use the whole slice) covering all the buns.
Add the sliced cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef.
Flip the top part of the slider buns over and spread with the horseradish cream adding more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
Flip the top slider buns and top the sandwich.
Spread the top of the slider buns with the softened butter/garlic mixture. Then cover the buns with aluminum foil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the the cheese is fully melted. Then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
Notes
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Warm gently in the microwave.
