Gluten-Free Easy Roast Beef Sliders

Just because you're gluten-free doesn't mean you have to miss out. These gluten-free easy roast beef sliders are quick to make, delicious, and perfect for get togethers.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted and softened
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Parsley, minced
  • 1 small Garlic clove
  • 6 Slider Buns or mini rolls
  • 1/4 - 1/2 lb Deli Roast Beef Sliced (approx. 4 slices) Break into pieces
  • 3-4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp Creamy Horseradish Sauce Use more or less depending on your preferred spice level.

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400℉.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Soften the butter and add the fresh minced parsley and the minced garlic clove. Mix and set aside.
  • Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom buns onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Top the bottom slider buns with pieces of the sliced roast beef (break the roast beef into pieces, don't use the whole slice) covering all the buns.
  • Add the sliced cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef.
  • Flip the top part of the slider buns over and spread with the horseradish cream adding more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
  • Flip the top slider buns and top the sandwich.
  • Spread the top of the slider buns with the softened butter/garlic mixture. Then cover the buns with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the the cheese is fully melted. Then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the top is lightly browned.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Warm gently in the microwave.
