Italian Style Tuna Sandwich Recipe

- 1 Baguette/GF Baguette
- 1 can Tuna in Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup Roasted Red Peppers Make sure they are not in vinegar
- 1-2 Tbsp Pepperoncini/Banana Peppers
- 2-3 Tomato Slices
- 1-2 Lettuce Leaves
Cut the baguette crosswise to desired amount. Then split it in half vertically so you can fill it.
Add one can of tuna in olive oil (do not drain) to the baguette until the bottom of the baguette is covered.
Top with the roasted red peppers, pepperoncini/banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, salt and black pepper.
Close the sandwich. Enjoy.
Quantities are approximate and to your liking. You can add more toppings or less as desired.
You can easily make the whole baguette for more servings with two can's of tuna fish and increase the quantities of the toppings.
