Savory Prosciutto Avocado Toast with Fresh Tomato & Bagel Seasoning

Sourdough toast with creamy avocado, prosciutto, tomatoes and everything bagel seasoning for the perfect breakfast or lunch.

- 1 slice Sourdough Bread Use gluten-free if needed
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2-3 slices Prosciutto
- 2-3 slices Tomato
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Toast the sourdough bread in a dry skillet until both sides are lightly browned. Then remove to a plate.
Slice the avocado in half then mash the half onto the slice of sourdough bread.
Add the prosciutto slices on top of the mashed avocado.
Top the prosciutto with the tomato slices.
Sprinkle the top of the tomatoes with the everything seasoning, salt and black pepper.
Drizzle with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
