Sometimes I think toast is underrated, you can use your favorite bread and top it in so many ways. It can be the perfect start to your day or something that brings you cozy comfort when you’re not feeling well.

Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread – Use thick slices of sourdough bread. I love this Schar Sourdough Bread if you are gluten-free.
- Avocado – You will only need half of an avocado unless you’re using a large slice of sourdough

- Tomato – Use a nice large tomato and cut it into thick slices.
- Everything Bagel Seasoning – Use your favorite brand
- Salt – Fine sea salt
- Black Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil – You only need approximately 1 tsp to drizzle over the top of the toast.
